maintain a healthy weight. I've had weight challenges and related health issues in the past. Over the past five
years, while leading de-toxes and studying nutrition, I've found a healthy, delicious and low-cost way to eat that supports
an appropriate weight and good health. I'd like to support you in your journey to establish healthy eating habits, regain
health and attain your optimal weight.
Because modifying
